Job Description
The role:
- To support the sales process by monitoring customer’s accounts and processing orders
Main Duties:
- To establish and maintain relationships with clients, being the main point of contact for French speaking customers
- To process customer purchase orders and shipping documentation required
- Prepare all the export documents needed and send to customers.
- Prepare required reports and invoices.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English and French (Written & spoken)
- Computer skills – Excellent user of MS applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and work loads
- Excellent Time Management skills
