About the Job

We Are Growing And Looking For Sales Manager, Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee all B2B orders. Responsible for managing key accounts with retail partners
  • Identify and proactively reach out to potential B2B customers.
  • Develop, operate and evaluate sales field action plan to meet target growth.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Supply management with reports on partner needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
  • Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
  • Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
  • Reports to CEO
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years FMCG or Food and Beverage industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including leading and participating in formal presentations.
  • Strong negotiation skills as well as the ability to cultivate leads, build relations, and close the deal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills. Microsoft Office, other programs as it pertains to this position.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic
