Job Description
- Responsible for all office admin work& quality assurance.
- Co-ordinate and organize appointments and meetings.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing e-mail and responding to the manager after returning to him and taking instruction.
- Following up with the CEO, employees tasks and duties.
- Doing all the secretary duties that belong to company career.
- Should be able to multi-task and priorities with precise accuracy and details.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations correspondence.

- Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic is a must.
- Bachelors degree required.
- 4 years of office administration experience.
- Proficiency in ms office with expertise in ms word, excel and Photoshop.
- Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills.
- High level of professionalism and a strong ability to relate to people of all business levels.
- Experience with international arrangements and logistics management.
- Attention to details is a must as strong organizational skills.
