Job Description

  • Develop and implement a social media marketing plans and strategies and Create a regular publishing schedule.
  • Create and Share Posts and ads on Different Social Media Platforms.
  • Manage Incoming Comments, Messages and Phone calls To provide products/services information To Increase Leads and Sales and expand community.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Collaborate and Work with copywriters and designers and Product Development teams to ensure content is informative and appealing.

Job Requirements

  • Very good in English Listening and writing.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Copywriter, Sales, Customer Service or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, Youtube and other social media best practices.
  • Strong phone contact handling and Written Communication skills and active listening.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Great Problem-solving Skills, confident at troubleshooting and Problem investigation.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
