Job Description
- Develop and implement a social media marketing plans and strategies and Create a regular publishing schedule.
- Create and Share Posts and ads on Different Social Media Platforms.
- Manage Incoming Comments, Messages and Phone calls To provide products/services information To Increase Leads and Sales and expand community.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Collaborate and Work with copywriters and designers and Product Development teams to ensure content is informative and appealing.
Job Requirements
- Very good in English Listening and writing.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Copywriter, Sales, Customer Service or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, Youtube and other social media best practices.
- Strong phone contact handling and Written Communication skills and active listening.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Great Problem-solving Skills, confident at troubleshooting and Problem investigation.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
