- Direct all departments to ensure a cohesive operation.
- Develop comprehensive, measurable goals for each team member that drive results.
- Manage/monitor capital budget, identify and track capital improvements.

Job Requirements
- MBA or equivalent degree
- 35 maximum age
- The FMCG background preferred
