Job Description
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for resolving customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
- Manage sold product delivery for customers.
- Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
- Finalize the needed reports on time.
- Complaints of Walk in customer to be attended and closed to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Warranty Products to reach service centers within TAT.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
Working Conditions:
- Location: Mall of Egypt
- Shifts: Rotation
- 1 day off per week
Job Requirements
Experience:
- Experience in Customer service & problem solving is a must
- 3+ Years of experience.
- Good communication skills, Customer Servicing skills, Listening skills, Problem solving skills.
- 6th of October City or nearby areas residents are preferable, but not a must.
