Job Description
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
- Administering on-the-job training programs
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
- Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment, Learning & Development
- Very Good English & strong MS Office skills
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skills and highly organized
- Giza residents is preferable
- Ready to travel inside Egypt for Training sessions in govern-orates
