Job Description

  • Payroll inputs.
  • Monitoring attendance.
  • Updating leave records.
  • Handling all HR letters.
  • Recruitment (preparing proposals).
  • Preparing offers and contracts.
  • Onboarding.
  • Offboarding.
  • Updating new additions and deletions of employees.
  • Working on new visas and work permits in coordination with PRO.
  • Salary advances request by employees.
  • Working on the yearly medical insurance policy.
  • New additions for medical cards.
  • Deletions for medical cards.
  • Following on medical reimbursement with the insurance company.
  • Updating staff records.
  • To hold periodic meetings, collect feedback from account stakeholders, and employee base in various departments.
  • Report out findings on an action plan. Avoid any escalation from the clients on our services and avoid any delays which affect the relationship negatively.
  • Coordinate with client management or HR for any special requirements from their side.
  • Handle any other inquiries from staff or management.

Job Requirements

  • University Graduate.
  • 1-2 years of Experience in Human Resources position.
  • Human Resources Diploma is a plus.
  • Can join immediately.
  • Willing to relocate to United Arab of Emirates.
  • Gender: Females only.
