Job Description
- Ability to catalogue and classify library resources
- Answering student inquiries
- Ability to use library systems and library related computer applications
- Maintaining accurate library records and an updated inventory records .
- Compiling statistics of library holdings, usage and materials circulation;
- Co-coordinating the selection of materials for purchase
- Orienting new users individually or in small groups, and assisting with the orientation of classes to the library;
- Receiving new materials and supplies, checking accuracy of orders;
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must
- Proficient user of Microsoft office
- Bachelor degree in libraries or related field
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
