Job Description
- Manage executive secretarial duties such as open, sort, and distribute incoming faxes and emails and prepare response on them, etc.
- Acting on behalf of and representing the director as required, including the management of calls, enquiries and requests, expense authorisation and sign off on business-related decisions
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents
- Filing reports, records and data.
