About the Job
  • Planning and organization of selling activity, including participation in the setting of goals and the formulation of policies for sale within the company, such as policies for products and policies for prices and distribution and promotion and communication with the target markets.
  • Solve customer complaints and answer their questions about products, prices, specifications and credit terms.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts and negotiating prices.
  • Enhance communication with customers to assess product or service sales needs.
  • Control and evaluation of sales activities, including identifying sales areas, identifying salesmen's routes, determining sales quotas, receiving reports on sales activities, evaluating their findings and taking corrective actions.
  • Participate in the selection and employment of sales men and identify their needs of training and the type of training required for each individual.
  • Evaluate the sales men's efforts in terms of determining the monthly sales plan and achieving the target
  • Reporting weekly sales and results of meetings to the Director General to follow up the work within the department
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and motivation of employees in the management of sales, sales of exhibitions and customer service and development in a manner that achieves the objectives of the work
  • Promote the company's products by knowing all product related information, offering the product in the best way, explaining it to existing customers and attracting new customers.
  • Obtain purchase orders from customers and collect company receivables at customers without delay.
  • Coordination of sales activities with other departments
  • Provide weekly reports on the competition in the market in terms of prices and offers and new products and publicity and advertising or stop some customers from dealing with the company's products
