Job Description

  • Manage employee files and ensure that all performance review reports, rewards, disciplinary actions and employment documents are complete.
  • Record all documents in the computer system and make sure that the hardcopy inside employees files.
  • Ensure the employment process compliance with Egyptian labor law.
  • Manage and facilitate solving all problems with labor & social insurance offices.
  • Review all employee documents.
  • Reviewing the employee's files from time to time and effectiveness such as, vacation, mission, salary grade, etc…
  • Prepare end of service documents.
  • Prepare monthly reports regarding the missing documents.
  • Responsible for the medical disclosure of employees and finalize of health insurance procedures.
  • Attendance, departure, and all employee monthly effects during the month through the Right program.
  • Member of the Commission for the disbursement of salaries, which is spent through the Treasury.
  • Responsible for all the benefits offered by the company: Company Loans - Bank Loans - Fellowship Fund - Holiday Grants - Study Grants - Ramadan Gifts - Al Mawlid Al Nabawi ).
  • Responsible for contracts for medical care and finalize all electronic procedures
  • Dealing with transport companies.
  • Handles the recruitment cycle, starting from receiving the hiring request form, identifying the right recruitment channel, coordinating for interviews with the relevant department heads.
  • Executes pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior & midlevel posts & supports all parties in concern with assessment.
  • Maintains an updated list of participant placements and potential job opportunities to ensure effective and fast recruiting of Medstar vacant positions.
  • Prepare Offer letters for the newly hires.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in related field (Business Administration, Low, Art).
  • From 1 to 3 years experiences in the same position
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Good Internet skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good English Language.
