Job Description
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve KA (Key Account) sales goals and revenues
- Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople
- Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
- Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
- Oversee and evaluate the activities and performance of the sales team
- Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team to ensure highest levels of efficiency & effectiveness
- Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue for each KA.
- Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel
- Practice hands on management (80% in the field)
- Prepare budgets and periodical updates as per company timelines
- Manage related profit & loss sheets per KA
- Maintain inventory control
- Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts
- Generate timely reports (sales, stocks, tenders, planners…)
- Implement the policies identified by the company towards the targeted specialties, coverage and frequency of calls.
- Work closely with Sales Manager + Product Manager to suggest Marketing and Sales investments and keep monthly Track through meetings with the PMs
- Attend trade meetings and industry conventions when necessary
Job Requirements
-
Background.
- Medical / Pharmaceutical Education.
- Previous Experience as a Supervisor in Pharmaceutical Industry (Preferably Oncology) within a minimum of 2 Years.
- In depth knowledge of the requirements needed to ensure Products Penetration & Coverage in the different Egyptian Health Sectors.
- A Deep Understanding of Field Visits Targeting, Planning, Reporting, Analyzing, Progress Monitoring to ensure Sustainable & Positive
Outcomes.
- Evidence of successful track record as a Talent developer ensuring their engagement, loyalty, commitment and target achievements /
- Ex: Talents had advanced to senior position or were retained under his supervision.
Skills.
- Problem Solving Ability is a must.
- Fluent in English / French could be an added value.
- Compliance Oriented.
- Ability to match Company Priorities with Team specific needs, ensure that his support and coaching skills are aligned with both parties expectations but above all will generate the defined outcome.
- A personal Growth Mindset and the ability of identifying and developing the same in others.
- Ability to provide detailed & actionable feedback on daily team activities & manage the proper follow up to ensure efficient implementation.

- Experience in designing, implementing efficient, customized training and coaching methods.
- Excellence in providing management with objective & constructive feedback related to his Team qualitative and Quantitative performance.
