Job Description

  • Continuously develop engaging benefits for employees by communicating with Services and Products providers while ensuring the achievement of best quality and least cost
  • Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organisational objectives
  • Assess employees needs by conducting organisational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees
  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices
  • Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the HR field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR.
  • Extra studies with a focus on HR is a plus.
  • Excellent command of the English Language.
  • Excellent knowledge in using Excel.
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation skills.
