- Continuously develop engaging benefits for employees by communicating with Services and Products providers while ensuring the achievement of best quality and least cost
- Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organisational objectives
- Assess employees needs by conducting organisational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the HR field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR.
- Extra studies with a focus on HR is a plus.
- Excellent command of the English Language.
- Excellent knowledge in using Excel.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation skills.
