Job Description
- Consult assigned Business Unit's line management and provide sound HR guidance in regards to Organizational structure, Compensation scales and Manpower plans
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the HR field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR.
- Extra studies with a focus on HR is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Labor Law.
- Excellent command of the English Language.
- Excellent knowledge in using Excel.
- Excellent Communication skills.
