Job Description
A SygmaTel NOC Engineer is an important asset to the company.
Working as a NOC Engineer you will interface with different technologies and tools at all times.
The main job description is as follows:
- Monitor systems health.
- Monitor traffic routes and their statistics.
- Troubleshoot problems within the network.
- Receive and respond to customer trouble tickets.
- Open and follow up on trouble tickets with suppliers.
- Implement system changes as required.
- Implement routing changes as required.
Job Requirements
- Candidate should have one or two years of working experience
- Candidate should at least have some basic networks understanding, CCNA knowledge is a plus. Linux knowledge is also a plus.
- Candidate should have the ability to work day or night shifts.
- Candidate should be open to using new technologies.
- Candidate should be able to work in a team environment.
- Candidate should be able to handle multiple projects.
- Candidate should be a quick self-learner.
- Candidate should be able to adapt to different situations and technologies.
- Candidate should be perfect in English both written and spoken.
- Candidate should have easy access to the Sheraton area.
