Job Description
For a Leading Company in Logistics Field in Masr ElGedida
- Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification, and classification
- Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services
- Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery, and specifications with clients and managers
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Making calls to arrange meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business
- Generating sales, according to the monthly and annual target
- Developing and retaining customers by offering customized and strategic solutions of their needs
- Securing new customers who have not previously used our services
- Retaining existing client to increase volume and sales revenue
- Participating in face to face meetings and introduce company services
- continuing engagement with customers to maintain close relationships and ensure ongoing success with accounts
- Understanding each assigned customer’s business model and competitive advantages
- Organizing, updating and keeping records of customer information
- Conducting negotiations with the customer and pricing department to reach agreeable rates
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Must have a certificate of higher education
- Experience in Sales is a must especially in Logistics and supply chain.
- Budget and reporting skills.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving, Time management, Interpersonal, Organizational, Customer service Skills.
- Excellent research and computer skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Arabic
