Job Description

For a Leading Company in Logistics Field in Masr ElGedida

  • Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification, and classification
  • Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services
  • Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs
  • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery, and specifications with clients and managers
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Making calls to arrange meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business
  • Generating sales, according to the monthly and annual target
  • Developing and retaining customers by offering customized and strategic solutions of their needs
  • Securing new customers who have not previously used our services
  • Retaining existing client to increase volume and sales revenue
  • Participating in face to face meetings and introduce company services
  • continuing engagement with customers to maintain close relationships and ensure ongoing success with accounts
  • Understanding each assigned customer’s business model and competitive advantages
  • Organizing, updating and keeping records of customer information
  • Conducting negotiations with the customer and pricing department to reach agreeable rates
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Must have a certificate of higher education
  • Experience in Sales is a must especially in Logistics and supply chain.
  • Budget and reporting skills.
  • Sales and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving, Time management, Interpersonal, Organizational, Customer service Skills.
  • Excellent research and computer skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English & Arabic
