Job Description
- Manage and train Reservation team,
- Responsible for Hotel and Local Reservations.
- Responsible for recording Company/Travel Agent Rates both in system and correspondence file
- Follows up tentative bookings and update reservation status.
- Understanding customers’ needs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in reservation online system local & international.
- Example: (GTA, Opera, Expedia, booking.....)
- Excellent command of English language.
- Male & Female are welcome.
- Graduation from an accredited college or university in an appropriate curriculum and considerable experience related to this class of work including some supervisory experience; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, communication skills
