Job Description

The customer relations coordinator is responsible for activating the sales movement, opening channels of communication with existing customers, gathering the information needed for customer directions, opening new markets outside the geographical scope of the company's exhibitions, and searching for exhibitions and conferences related to our activity and organizing the subscription.

  • Coordinate and manage customer relationships and communicate with them to solve customer problems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Conduct detailed surveys of customers in the market to see the needs.
  • Opening new markets and activating the sales movement in the geographical range outside the borders of our exhibitions
  • Conduct a study for competitors in the market and follow up the offers they make.
  • Follow up the periodic exhibitions and ensure the participation of the company and participate in the organization of the exhibition
  • Invite senior clients to make periodic meetings with the management to create a partnership
  • Review and contact the customer account to stimulate new purchases.
  • Create a communication channel between management and customers to develop excellent business relationships.
  • Handle computer programs to communicate in different ways and create documents containing their interaction reports.
  • Coordinate calls, meetings and communications between management and customers.
  • Assist the technical and marketing teams in the development of marketing materials and proposals through market research.
  • Follow-up customer service coordinators to solve problems on time applications and registrations and update the status of customers in the database
  • Representing the company in exhibitions and conferences
  • What is new and developed from work according to need.

Job Requirements

  • Foreign Education ( AUC / GUC ) or relevant Education
  • Good looking
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems.
  • Skill in prioritizing and obligations.
