Job Description

  • Manage inbound & outbound calls when needed.
  • Taking orders via phone or our website or other E-Commerce Companies.
  • Cross Selling of the company products.
  • Live Chatting with customers over the company website.
  • Texting our customers through WhatsApp or Facebook.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 Years Proven customer support experience.
  • University Graduate in any discipline.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Gulf previous experience or accent is preferred.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Good Computer/Internet Knowledge.
