Job Description
- Manage inbound & outbound calls when needed.
- Taking orders via phone or our website or other E-Commerce Companies.
- Cross Selling of the company products.
- Live Chatting with customers over the company website.
- Texting our customers through WhatsApp or Facebook.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 Years Proven customer support experience.
- University Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Gulf previous experience or accent is preferred.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Good Computer/Internet Knowledge.
