About the Job
  • Work on the Attendance report and data collection on monthly basis
  • work on overtime for company staff with assistance of the Hr Specialist
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Perform receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc
  • Schedule meetings rooms.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy.
