Role:
- Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) process
- Responsible for total Commercial Unit (CU) FP&A submission integrity
- Drive the monthly period close and profit meeting process
- Assist the FP&A Sr Manager to implement and drive the customer centric operating rhythm within the FP&A function
- Lead Projects from planning to monthly analysis
- Act as key interface with Region Planning team in regards to the CU results
- Understand and perform sensitivity & cause of change analysis
- Continue to drive simplification and streamline process within the function
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
- Relevant university Degree & CA/CPA qualified
- Previous financial accounting experience
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Eye for details
- Good business sense and flexible
- Knowledge of Systems HFM, SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Good process improvement and strong communication skills
