About the Job

  • Accurate Data check & entry of documents and records.
  • Adhere to the standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Ensure Adherence to the Process in order to reduce the number of reprocesses, basis the errors highlighted by back office and mission.
  • Accuracy and Quality of the application.
  • Reprocess: No. of errors identified by the mission should be zero.
  • Accuracy & quality of applications. No. of errors accurately identified and corrected. Ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Passport reconciliation Report: Audit the Out Scan/ In Scan report to ensure all passports are accounted for.
  • Ensure urgent applications are identified.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction scores are maintained at 95%
  • Maintenance of the Dongle given every day and to return it without any damages.
  • Maintain accuracy of the bio-metric process and adherence to the set SOPs.

Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in use of computers - MS Office
  • Written & Spoken Skills (English, Arabic) & typing speed of at least 25 wpm with 90% accuracy.
  • Typing speed might vary for an Arabic speaking country.
  • University graduate
  • 1 year or above - experience in customer service

  • Contract Period is 3 months to be renewed based on Business need.
