We are looking for Sales Manager to lead our business in Dermatology; Manager will report to GM and will be responsible for:

• Co-ordinate the planning and budget process of [Derma] range in his territory and that of assigned Supervisors and Reps.
• Meet with target Customers in his assigned territory to build up the relationship and trust so that Customers value and purchase the Company products and services.
• Coach and support the same function for assigned Supervisors and Reps.
• Direct the actual distribution or movement of the products or services to the customers in his Supervisors and Reps territory.
• Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers in his Supervisors and Reps territory.
• Evaluate Sales & Marketing activities results in his Supervisors and Reps territory.
• Reports on his activities, Customers responses and business potentials.
• Technical training for new Supervisors and Representatives.
