Job Description

  • Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
  • Assist in managing revenues received and dispersed including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, audit, General Ledger reporting.
  • Handles the Payroll.
  • Cash handling functions for the Nile cruises and reconcile all cash dropped at the front desk.
  • Back up transaction files and transmit to payroll system according to company procedures.
  • Process and/or issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.
  • Compute employee wages and deductions and enter wages and deductions into payroll system.
  • Provide information to employees and managers/supervisors on payroll matters, tax issues, and benefit

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Payable accounts.
  • Experience in working on payroll accounting
  • Sun system user is a must
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Excellent in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent in Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
  • Administrative Writing Skills, Organization.
  • Attention to Detail.
