Job Description
- Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Assist in managing revenues received and dispersed including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, audit, General Ledger reporting.
- Handles the Payroll.
- Cash handling functions for the Nile cruises and reconcile all cash dropped at the front desk.
- Back up transaction files and transmit to payroll system according to company procedures.
- Process and/or issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.
- Compute employee wages and deductions and enter wages and deductions into payroll system.
- Provide information to employees and managers/supervisors on payroll matters, tax issues, and benefit
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Payable accounts.
- Experience in working on payroll accounting
- Sun system user is a must
- Fluent in English language.
- Excellent in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent in Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
- Administrative Writing Skills, Organization.
- Attention to Detail.
