Job Description
- Propose business plans with budget, targets, and KPIs to top management.
- Guide and Mentor Business Development team.
- Follow up on the satisfaction survey with the customer support team (carried out by the Business Developers).
- Implement the contracting process with the new clients.
- Follow up on the payment collection with the Business Development specialists until we receive the full payment in the company’s account.
- Prepare periodical reports with team performance & achieved target (Planned versus Actual), Marketing campaigns, analysis and recommendations.
Job Requirements
- University Bachelor Degree preferable AUC, GUC… with min. 8 years experience with multinational companies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent English is a MUST
