Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Specialist who will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties in support of sales operations including project quotes and e-commerce order processing.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and executing the e-commerce order cycle
- Responsible for visit and follow our Clients.
- Motivate sales officials explaining our products to market it and to help in rotational speed.
- Process order requests
- Follow up the stocks of goods .
- Follow up the turnover of the goods .
- Provide sales and administrative support in all aspects of sales operations including interaction with sales prospects, clients, and employees.
- Qualify potential sales leads and work with the Sales Team to maintain and expand product, project labor, and monthly services into the accounts.
- Identify and quote the appropriate products and services the Company offers.
- Maintain and update sales opportunities in the ConnectWise program.
- Work with suppliers and manufacturers to register special pricing deals, quote products, and obtain warrant and software support renewals. Transform this information into an easily understood and actionable quote.
- Coordinate with internal teams during preparation of quotes to address client concerns and questions.
- Provide follow-up sales support, both verbally and with written documentation.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in E-commerce Sales Order Operation Cycle.
- Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major products
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Bachelor with a relevant academic degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to take ownership on projects
- Strong communication, analytical and creative skills
- Preferred to be familiar with e-commerce
- Good Knowledge about Electronics and video game lover is a plus
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
