Job Description
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Provide help-desk support and resolve problems.
- Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings.
- Install, test and configure new workstations & Laptops, peripheral equipment, and software.
- Report issues to the manager for escalation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance over the phone or email.
Job Requirements
- Experience : 0-2 Years In Call Center IT Field.
- Location: Giza , Hadayek Alahram or Nearby.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications or related field.
- Good Command English Language.
