Job Description
- Identify the Target Test Items to be evaluated by the test effort
- Define the appropriate tests required and any associated Test Data
- Gather and managing the Test Data
- Evaluate the outcome of each test cycle
- Prepare and maintaining test plans
- Provide feedback to the development teams
- Work with Project manager to schedule Testing scope & Activities
- Laise with suppliers, teams and team leaders
- Prepare test scripts
- Create new test strategies
Compliance
- Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks
Policies, Processes and Procedures

Implement approved department policies, processes, and procedures and monitor adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
Day-to-Day Operations

Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the PMO to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of Computer Engineering/Computer science or its equivalent.
- From 4 to 8 years of experience in Functional Testing
- Good analytical skills
- A challenging and enquiring mind
- Attention to detail and tenacity
- Understanding of common software failures and faults
- Knowledge of the banking domain (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of the system or application-under-test (highly desirable)
- Experience in a variety of testing efforts (desirable)
