Job Description

  • IF you are a challenger /creative and has minimum of 2 years customer service experience patient and willing to make a change please apply immediately
  • The role in our call center however it's not purely a call center it's tangible with the operations and process management

Main Duties:

  • Answering client's phone calls and inquiries
  • Handling Installation team schedules with clients
  • Solving customer complaints and making a proper fact-finding
  • Creating all related report

Job Requirements

  • Willing to work on a shift basis
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft office
