Job Description
- IF you are a challenger /creative and has minimum of 2 years customer service experience patient and willing to make a change please apply immediately
- The role in our call center however it's not purely a call center it's tangible with the operations and process management
Main Duties:
- Answering client's phone calls and inquiries
- Handling Installation team schedules with clients
- Solving customer complaints and making a proper fact-finding
- Creating all related report
