Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Set the sales strategies to achieve the overall goals and objectives of the company
- Supervise and follow up sales section heads upon objectives achievement
- Provide direction and management to Sales team and ensure that sales targets are met.
- Ensure that realistic goals are set for sales team and that the goals are met.
- Monitor Sales performance and ensure that the different sales activities remain profitable
- Lead Sales team and work towards increasing market share by exploiting new opportunities to maximize profitability, increase customer satisfaction and ensure continued business growth
- Key player in setting up the annual financial plan (Sales Budget)
- Cooperate with Marketing Department in setting the marketing plan to acquire new markets and new clients
- Work closely with CS Department to find solutions for customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention
- Monitor the Operation Process for all sales Activities and work on improve the process
- Ensure that the team compile with the company’s legislation, process and procedures.
- Develop, Drive & Cultivate leads by assessing the unique opportunities and laying out the value proposition for customers in coordination with Commercial Director
- Responsible for developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets, and analyzing new business opportunities related to all company services.
- Join negotiating contracts, initiating proposals, and closing deals
- Receive the required reports from Section Heads, review submitted reports in order to recommend approval or to suggest changes
- Attend monthly meeting with CEO and Commercial Director. Prepare and deliver monthly presentation about sales performance against the monthly target and clarify the variances
Job Requirements
- Experience: 5-8 Year ( prefer to be at Textile career) .
