Job Description

Job Summary:

  • This position is required for Mission Consulting Company which is a fully integrated provider of HR Services including (HR Software – Recruitment – HRM Outsourcing – Consultancy)

Job Description:

  • Determining a client's business requirements.
  • Identifying and acquiring new sales leads
  • Conducting a marketing strategy to promote our services in Egypt.
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
  • Set meetings with clients to attend to their technical needs and requests.
  • Provide clients with suitable technical services and solutions that address their requirements.
  • Main contact for clients in term of inquiries.
  • First in line at providing clients with technical support.
  • Follow up with clients, and maintain good long-term relationships.
  • Acquiring new clients by cold-calling to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Developing effective sales plans using the suitable sales methodology
  • Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years as a Business Developer.
  • Presentable.
  • High energy, self-managed, hands-on, strong interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent research skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
