Job Description
- Attend meetings and keep minutes.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Make travel arrangements for executives.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary
- Fluent in English is a MUST
- B.SC. Preferred from Arts English and preferred graduated from language School.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, ...)
- Females ONLY
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good looking
- Fast, self-motivated, and organized.
