Job Description
- Making invoices for rental contracts
- Following the collection of rent
- Making invoices for events contracts
- Following the collection of events
- Making Safe transactions (Inflow & Outflow)
- Inserting the bank transactions
- Following the legal problems for tenants with the lawyer
- Participating in closing the fiscal year (Many procedures)
- Controlling fixed assets account
- Petty cash account (Constructions & Operations)
- Making invoices for suppliers
- Controlling the payables accounts
- Controlling taxes accounts
- Settlement of the payments for Saudi Arabia consortium members
- Filing the documents as per ITIDA system
- Managing payments for Saudi Arabia consortium members
- Participating in closing the fiscal year (Many procedures)
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a financial controller, chief or senior accountant
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Awareness of business trends
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
- Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlook-up and pivot tables
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
- Nationality: Saudi, specially Khobar Or Damam residence.
