Job Description
- Build trusted relationship with prospective clients over the phone and face to face.
- Mapping out pain points to service solutions across multiple marketing channels.
- Build new prospective client relationships within agency verticals.
- Creating strong relationships with third parties (existing and new relationships) that help the Agency secure or deliver business for their clients.
- Continually improve new business processes for improved effectiveness and efficiencies.
- Conducting follow up calls.
- Lead sourcing using different mediums including LinkedIn, Google and competitor events/ publications.
- Handle weekly and monthly reports with pipeline/forecast.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
- Plan approaches and pitches.
- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Min. 2 years at advertising agency
- Must have excellent communication & Negotiation skills
