Job Description

  • Build trusted relationship with prospective clients over the phone and face to face.
  • Mapping out pain points to service solutions across multiple marketing channels.
  • Build new prospective client relationships within agency verticals.
  • Creating strong relationships with third parties (existing and new relationships) that help the Agency secure or deliver business for their clients.
  • Continually improve new business processes for improved effectiveness and efficiencies.
  • Conducting follow up calls.
  • Lead sourcing using different mediums including LinkedIn, Google and competitor events/ publications.
  • Handle weekly and monthly reports with pipeline/forecast.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
  • Plan approaches and pitches.
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Min. 2 years at advertising agency
  • Must have excellent communication & Negotiation skills
