Job Description
- Coordinate sales to check scope and content for going through risk review Before contract signed, realize technical and commercial clauses.
- Support sales for project handover to ensure all technical and commercial requirements could be fulfilled. Align cost baseline for project.
- Prepare project plan, establish WBS and define milestone, prepare kick-off meeting internally.
- Negotiate with customer for technical requirements and detail delivery date, keep good customer relationship.
- Cooperate with deign, sourcing and manufacture team, ensure all milestones will be fulfilled, OTD is totally responsible by PM.
- Make good change management, for technical and commercial change, PM should evaluate the changes (cost, time, scope) and handle or escalate according to process, ensure project targets fulfilled.
- Organize and make good use of resources, project financial target and GM level should be kept.
- Support Operation Manager to collect operation data, such as revenue forecast (and actual), order booking, OTD rate and etc. Hold PM meeting regularly and report related condition to management timely.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree ( Electrical Major or Mechanical )
- Experience 3 years in Low Voltage industry as Tending and sales/design/planning of low voltage panels
- Good Technical knowledge about Low voltage Panels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and ambitious
- Excellent Microsoft skills
- SAP system is a plus
