Job Description
- Set the monthly sales plan for salesmen and follow up targets achievement.
- Establish & maintain good relationship with the MT customers (management, accountants & store).
- Review customer’s contract and ensure implementation.
- Review products’ visibility, planogram, shelf share and expiries through market visits and report market status to management.
- Ensure achievement of sales and collection targets and report to the management.
- Implement monthly promotions plans with the customers according to the budget.
- Follow up marketing equipment manufacturing and distribution on branches.
- Coach, train and develop salesmen and monitor their KPIs through market visits.
- Activate new customers and schedule them in salesmen routes.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in key account sales in FMCG.
- Experience in Delta region (Key Account/Modern Trade) is a must.
- Previous experience as Key account/Modern Trade sales supervisor.
- Mansoura and nearby residents only.
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Very good English language and MS Office skills.
