Job Description
CrossWorkers is hiring Senior PHP/Native Developers for one of our Danish clients to work in an excellent offshore development environment in Cairo, with possibility to travel to Europe once or twice a year.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and simple code and follow the structure/ideas in the system
- Ability and willingness to step into an organization in transition with new developments, maintaining existing and cleanup tasks
- Can code without frameworks, we have our own set of helper libraries (prefer no autoloading / no composer / it's not about finding a plugin that can do some part of a task)
- Limited usage and fewer dependencies of third party solutions unless where it makes sense (needs to be approved before usage)
- Ability to work on a issue alone and when needed, bring in extra resources on an ad-hoc basis for the better solution
- Test "own" code / improve other codes
- Follow our development process and use our tasks system
- Understand that things are connected, ask before changing something central
- Team player and open minded, suggest better solutions
- Ability to adapt, propose ideas, give feedback and recommendations to the task
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Computer Science or Software Engineering
- 3+ Years’ experience
- Can work independently
- Fluent in English language.
