Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Quality control customer service;
  • Receiving feed back from the customers;
  • Settlement of conflict situations;
  • Creating action plan for decrease in the number of complaints;
  • Regular analysis quality research’s;
  • Creating action plan for increase quality KPI;
  • Control for compliance of Jaguar Land Rover Quality Standards;
  • Control for compliance of Jaguar Land Rover Behavior Standards;
  • Training and coaching of staff;
  • Regular internal quality report;
  • Regular quality report for Jaguar Land Rover;
  • Regular communication with Jaguar Land Rover for discussion quality results;
  • Approval action plan with Dealers management and Jaguar Land Rover;
  • Control for time of realization action plan;
  • Organization of customer service center, hostess and call centre.
  • Ensure Compliance to DSAT audit & CI though out the business

Explain the program "Quality Standards":

The program "Quality Standards" of dealerships is aimed at achieving high performance and customer satisfaction with Jaguar Land Rover. Responsible employee is Quality Manager оf the dealer.

The program covers main quality performance of the dealerships:

  • NPS CLP Sales – individual target for each dealer;
  • NPS CLP AfterSales – individual target for each dealer;Mystery Shopper Behaviour Standards – not less 90%;
  • Mystery Shopper Sales – not less 80%;
  • Mystery Shopper AfterSales – not less 80%;
  • CRM Sensor (Alert 180 sec.) – not less 80%. Program realization includes:
  • Daily analysis of the current situation of the quality results;
  • Monthly quality report preparation;
  • Organization of weekly and monthly quality meetings with managers of the dealer for the discussion of current situations and creating action plan to increase quality performance;
  • Action plan approval with Regional Sales and AfterSales Managers and Customer Relation Coordinators;
  • Control for realization of the action plan by dealer’s managers and JLR (Field Force and CRC).
  • Pre Audit DSAT systems, processes, CI & compliance

Job Requirements

  • Higher education;
  • Experience in the automotive field from 3 years;
  • Experience with premium brands
  • Experience of working with customer;
  • Experience in the field of settlement of disputes;
  • Experience of personnel management;
  • Well-developed communication skills;
  • Competent oral and written English language;
  • Leadership qualities;
  • The ability to persuade and justify their position;
  • The ability to make independent decisions in accordance with business goals;
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
