Job Description
Candidate should have Organization development, Recruitment and personnel experience
- Responsible for Internal and External Recruitment processes.
- Maintain resume database of the candidates updated and organized.
- Performs initial interviews and screening of resumes after comparing it with the job requirements, and recommends viable candidates to the Line Managers.
- Organization's policy updates.
- New Hire On-Boarding, Employee Relations, and adherence to relevant compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Handling Employment Fairs preparation and coordination (Registration, Booklet, Giveaways, Booth set up).
- Coordinating job posting on the website, reviewing resumes, and performing telephone interviews.
- Identify and develop companies Vision, Mission & Values.
- Develop new & revise current Organizational Charts and Reporting System.
- Handling performance appraisal process
