Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Strategist to join our team.

  • Add strategies to lead the creation, implementation, and evaluation of clear digital strategies for our clients.
  • Understand our client’s business and their customers to help shape their digital strategies.
  • Focus on innovation and bringing fresh ideas to solve a wide range of clients problems across the digital space
  • As a Digital Marketing Strategist, everything you do will be in service of maximizing the efficiency and strategy of our client's digital marketing efforts.

Main responsibilities include

  • Produce inspiring proposals and new business pitches by providing a unique subject matter angle and compelling storytelling.
  • Conduct through clients competitive research.
  • Stays up to date on the latest industry trends and educate the rest of the team on Social media tools and processes, as well as new tools/products/software regarding any digital/online media.
  • Applying emerging technologies and social media tactics to our client's marketing mix
  • Understand the role data can play in creating value, finding insights, informing user journeys.
  • Interpret a wide range of data from (website analytics, social analytics, client data, monitoring tools etc.) to frame up the “so what?” and “what’s next?”
  • Understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Vine, Periscope, etc.) and how they can be utilized to their best ability.
  • Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams –Social, Account Managers, Analytics, Tech, Creative and Media Buyers – to craft compelling narratives for how our clients can use digital to transform their business.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ Years of Digital Strategy Work Experience.
  • Fluent command of English is a MUST.
  • You will be a highly analytical self-starter, who dreams of on-line conversions.
  • Experience working in a digital agency environment.
  • Demonstrable success crafting digital strategies and creative briefs with a practical understanding of the technologies and tactics used.
  • Ability to handle complex digital problems and be up to date with the latest digital trends.
  • Analytical skills and detail focused approach to work supported by knowledge of analytics tools like (Socialbakers, Sprout social, Google Analytics, SimilarWeb..etc).
  • Curious about researching and explaining consumer’s behavior.
  • Domain expertise in social, e-commerce, UX, mobile apps, SEO/SEM, Email marketing, website and content marketing.
  • Excellent presentation and collaborative skills.
  • Creative storyteller and brings not just data and research but ideas to the table.
  • An adaptable and positive attitude.
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Advertising preferred.
  • Be a team player.
  • Be curious.
  • You are always learning, have endless curiosity and demonstrate an expert grasp of current industry dynamics.
  • Meet deadlines and Comfortable working remotely with other team members across other offices.
