Job Description

  • Implementing the people policies and HR programs for the organization.
  • Responsible for implementing and coordinating the performance management system.
  • Responsible for company employee communication and employee orientation.
  • Provide expert input across a range of HR issues (employee relations, grievances, performance management, learning & development). Overall design and deliver high impact solutions that meet the needs of the business.
  • Provides day-to-day benefits administration services. Assist employees with any claim issues.
  • Develops and schedules benefits orientations and other benefits training.
  • Drive engagement activities through the organization
  • Support key HR projects and process improvements
  • Ensure alignment of HR programs by partnering with peers and colleagues in other locations and also across Corporate business units locally

Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience within a similar role
  • Multinational background is highly preferred
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality;
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff;
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software;
