Job Description
Implementation of an effective and efficient process of tendering and procurement including:
- Handling reviewing all pre-launching required documents for tenders below 150 K and attending Opening/ Evaluation
- Reviewing Formal Bidding files < 150 K for the assigned BRC'.
- Reviewing and auditing Framework services procedures.
- Supporting IMC staff in understanding and resolving all matters related to procurement.
- Trains new staff.
- Supporting in investigation cases and handling any special assignment/s requested by "P &CC" director
- Assisting IMC component staff in all matters related to procurement of services, supplies and/or works below 150K
- Participate in inter departmental projects, Committees and task force.
- Fulfill tasks as assigned by P & CC Director.
Job Requirements
- University degree in related matters preferably Administration, Accounting, Economic or Law.
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Direct or indirect experience in implementation and/or administration of technical assistance projects, preferably funded by international donors
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Superior computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
