Job Description
- Recruit new clients and assist in their registration with IMC, ensure to have legal documentation of registration;
- Assess all related BCs with CAT(Company Assessment Tool) and set the development Path,
- Take the lead in project design and development;
- Prepare Service application form (cu) and Terms of Reference;
- Prepare and manage all the steps of tender through Oracle system;
- Register the client data on Oracle database and activate the clients on the system.
- Prepare contract documentation and obtain approval;
- Form part of the evaluation team to assess proposals;
- Promote component initiatives to stakeholders;
- Handle inquiries of potential and existing clients;
- Coordinate activities of consultants;
- Follow up with clients and service providers the implementation of contracted services and prepare all needed project management reports;
- Report any misuse of Funds from both clients and service providers.
- Help the new service providers to be registered in our database.
- Review project deliverable and formulate recommendations;
- Monitor project lifetime and implementation and solve any related problems.
- Maintain files and information in good order in-collaboration with the admin assistant.
- Contribute to new component initiatives and Sectorial project meetings;
- Supervise work of supporting officers where appropriate;
- Liaise with service providers & partner institutions as well as with other component and BRC staff when required to do so;
- Report regularly on progress to Branch Manager and;
- Revise, prepare and sign-off all the required documents for project payments to be submitted to accounting dept.,
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably Business Administration or Economics;
- 2 years of Business Development/Project Management related and progressively responsible experience;
- Hands-on experience through field visits.
- Previous work experience in international donor programs would be an advantage;
- Knowledge/experience in business development services/trade development;
- Excellent command of English and Arabic. Additional language is a plus and;
- Proficient user of MS package with a focus on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
