Job Description
- Collect information on daily appointments, enter them on computers and circulate this information to all departments.
- For reception, greet visitors and guide them to the waiting area. Notify the relevant departments, if necessary, of the arrival of their appointment.
- Respond to requests and questions from visitors.
- Respond to requests for all information such as school address, phone numbers, fax, mail, explanations to come to school, etc ...
- Ensure that the reception area is well arranged, tidy, clean and that the bulletin board is up to date.
- Perform administrative tasks if requested, such as filing, photocopying, gathering information, writing faxes, letters, reports, etc.
Job Requirements
- University degree: Bachelors degree, preferably in tourism and hospitality.
- Participation in training is compulsory.
- Fluency in French, English and Arabic.
- Computer skills (Internet, mail, word, excel).
- Have a good sense of customer relations
